We do not accept returns or exchanges for all artworks and handmade art cards.
If the items you ordered arrived with damages, please contact us immediately by sending an email to: orders@ccreation.ca. We will investigate the damaged items with you and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
Please do NOT ship us back the ordered items without communicating with us.
