We do not accept returns or exchanges for all art works and handmade art cards.
If the items you ordered arrived with damages, please contact us immediately by sending an email to:orders@ccreation.ca. We will investigate the damaged items with you and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
Please do NOT ship us back the ordered items without communicating with us.
Canada and USA
Items will usually be delivered within 10 to 20 business days after an order is placed, with possible delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Card items are shipped as standard letter mail via Canada Post without tracking information to keep the shipping cost low. Please contact us by sending an email to: orders@ccreation.ca BEFORE ordering if you require shipping with tracking.
Other items too large to be shipped via standard letter mail will be sent with parcels. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the dimensional weight of items ordered, and the shipping destination during checkout.
Other International Destinations

Order Processing Time
Order processing time is 3 business days upon confirmation of payment.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order. Delivery time does not include processing time.
A business day means Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Orders may also be delivered in separate and multiple shipments.
